Assignment -Electronic Design

This assignment include with electronic PCB designing with eagle software. Learning outcome will be making schematic design, understand and add components from library, understand componentts packages for making schematic design file

How to make design

I have start designing in Eagle software, first I upload FAB library into eagles library.Follow steps as per below,

file ----> New project ----> Schematic design ----> Board file ----> Save .png ----> Print on modella

You will see screen for designing with various tools on it.Enable grid option for perfect nesting of components.Use "ADD" command to select components with their packages,check availabilty of components after drag and droping of components use'net' command for connections.
Once you finish designing check schematic file with 'ERC' command.Reslove all error and save schematic file
Settings : Grid-On (0.025inch)

After finish in schematic design then click on SWITCH TO BOARD command
window will turn into black color and your schematic design components placed in very complecated way with one square outside
placed all components inside and connect it again
Right click and use route command to make path routing(Very intresting puzzel game)
check error with DRC command and fixed all
Setting for Board-Grid-0.0125inch

STEP 3-FILE FOR MILLING

After designing make .png file for milling process and drilling process
for this go to file - click on 'Export'
Settings-Export - Image - monochrome - 500dpi - full area
Save file and send for printing

STEP 4-FABRICATING

Once you finish milling on modela machine then clean board
Board will look as per below

STEP 4- SOLDERING

Components
Resistor-330,10k,1k
Capacitor-10pf,1micro
Crystal-20Mz
ATTINY 44
connectors
button and LED
Solder all components neatly,soldering for SMD components may take long time than regular soldering
I spend 2.5hrs but I did my board as per below
I dont find path for one connection so I add jumper wire on it

Afetr finishing board I did embedded programing and with reference of datasheet I did programming
